Furnaces
It’s not only a dirty filter that leads to poor air quality and reduces the life span of your appliance.
Dust and dirt can get into all the nooks and crannies of your furnace causing it to run poorly and cost more to operate. With proper maintenance and servicing, many furnaces can live past the 20-year warranty. We recommend an annual service of all your heating appliances.
An annual service will leave you confident that your appliance is properly set up as per manufacturer’s recommendations, gas pressure is accurate, you heat exchanger isn’t damaged and everything is clean and running smoothly. Ductless Split Indoor Heads
Don’t forget, your ductless split also has a filter and inside coils and fans. Those can get very dirty with regular use. While these units can be very efficient to run, that reduces significantly without proper servicing. Call us to have your inside unit cleaned with our specially designed cleaning kit.
Exterior heat pumps and air conditioners
Exterior heat pumps and air conditioners also require regular service. Left unattended, indoor and outdoor coils get dirty, your refrigerant may not be at the proper level, and air flow can be significantly reduced. As with all appliances, dirty or poor running units will be inefficient and cost more to operate.
Seasonal servicing helps keep your outdoor unit functioning as it is intended and can increase the life span and quality of heat or cooling it produces.

Gas Fireplaces
